Cable Digital News reports (here) that Comcast will deploy “Congestion Management Fairshare” servers to impede, block, throttle or slow the bandwidth hogs (ok they didn’t say that last part – my words).

TV Week citing an eMarketer report says that ad spending on the online service was less than $6M – can that be right?
I have Verizon’s blazing fast FiOS data service and FiOS HD television service and they are great. I am not happy about the charges for the set-top boxes which are a ripoff, but otherwise the service works and looks terrific.
